Advanced Citrus Management
Class Descripton
Guidelines and proper methods for citrus tree management in Arizona will be presented. Participants will obtain an understanding of citrus tree care, growth and development, pruning, maintenance, fertilization and irrigation. He will also provide an update regarding the spread and status of the Citrus Greening Disease in Arizona.
Our Presenter
Glenn Wright is employed with the University of Arizona Extension office in Yuma, Arizona. His current activities include developing field research and educational programs that benefit fruit growers and others, editing a newsletter, serving as an information resource to the citrus industry, and testing new citrus and deciduous varieties and rootstocks.
