Conference Description:
The Western Chapter ISA invites you to attend the Santa Barbara Tree Management Workshop on Tuesday, October 29, 2019. This year's workshop is conducted by Master Arborist and TRAQ Instructor, Kevin Eckert, of ArborGlobal USA and Hong Kong. The one-day program includes the elements of ISA Best Management Practices for Tree Risk Assessment and is a summary of the ISA Tree Risk Assessors Qualification (TRAQ) Program.
Program elements include:

- Target Assessment & Likelihood of Failure - Tree and Site Defects, and Bio-Mechanics
